November 2023 Residential Statistics Report

The number of single-family permits issued in the Kansas City area in November increased by XX percent from October, according to statistics compiled by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA).  A total of 353 single-family permits were issued in November for a year-to-date total of 3,660.

Kansas City, Mo., issued the most permits in November with 50 single-family permits issued. Other top permitting cities included Raymore (30), Lee’s Summit (27), Gardner (22) and Olathe (20).
