The Parade of Homes is a long-standing Kansas City tradition that takes place each spring and fall, offering the largest and most impressive showcase of new homes in the region. For two weeks, hundreds of beautifully built homes are open to the public, highlighting a wide range of styles, features and price points.

PLAN FOR THE PARADE
The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes will run daily* from Sept. 19-Oct. 4, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with free admission. Guides will be available starting Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the KCHBA office. Guides will also be available at all Parade homes once the tour begins, while supplies last. *View kc.paradeofhomes.io and/or download the mobile app to check on a home’s most current status.

The Pick of the Parade and the Distinctive Plan & Design awards recognize the builders who showcase the best in craftsmanship and designs on the Spring Parade of Homes. Winners were honored during the Parade of Homes awards celebration on Wednesday, April 29.
