KCBJ: Home Builders Keep Working, Eyeing Future Demand

The Kansas City Business Journal recently featured the residential construction industry in an article about the future of home building given the current economic state due to COVID-19. “Although they’ve seen a dip in demand, Kansas City home builders keep pounding away, hoping for a better home buying market in the not-so-distant future,” the article states. Several KCHBA members were interviewed for the article including Summit Homes, Prieb Homes, Braklow Custom Homes and KCHBA Executive Vice President Will Ruder.
