Monday, Feb. 7

Tuesday, Feb. 8

  • 9:00-10:00 a.m.: Opening Ceremonies Featuring Magic Johnson – Valencia Ballroom (W415) OCCC
  • 12:30-3:00 p.m.: Area 11 Caucus
  • 4:30-6:30 p.m.: KCHBA Happy Hour – Hyatt Regency Bar
  • 6:30-8:30 p.m.: IBS House Party – Mango’s Tropical Café (Ticket Required)

Wednesday, Feb.9

  • 8:30-9:30 a.m.: Annual Meeting of the Members – Valencia Ballroom (W415) OCCC

Thursday, Feb. 10

To help you have the best and safest show experience, here are a few steps you need to take to prepare for your upcoming trip to Orlando:

1. Bring a printed or digital copy of your negative test (administered no earlier than Feb. 6) OR vaccination card. You’ll need one of these to enter the Convention Center on show days.

2. Need to take a test? Beginning February 7, limited testing will be available at the Convention Center for a fee if you are unable to secure a test beforehand.

3. Bring a mask, which will be required in the Convention Center on show days and on all show-related shuttles.
