Spring Parade Comes to a Close
The Spring 2023 Parade of Homes ended on May 14. 340 new construction homes were open to the public for viewing at no cost. Over 300 guests attended the Parade Awards Ceremony and the KCHBA Young Professionals and Professional Women in Building hosted another sold out Parade Bus Tour.

Remodelers: Growth Expected in 2023, But at a Slower Pace
According to a nationwide survey of residential remodeling companies, NAHB believes the remodeling industry will experience growth in 2023, but at a slower pace than in 2022.
