Wyandotte Economic Development and Olathe Codes Topics for Area Lunch

The Kansas Area and MO South Council members combine November 13,  11:30 a.m., at the HBA to welcome John Kelly, Olathe Chief Building Code Official, who will review recent changes in the building code and Greg Kindle, Executive Director for the Wyandotte Economic Development Council. Kindle will discuss plans to encourage new home construction to meet the demand created by thousands of new jobs. The Unified Government Board of Commissioners is waiving all building permit fees, inspection fees and sewer connection fees for new single family home construction through December 2013.
