HBA Announces Spring 2019 American Dream Award Winners

The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City announced the American Dream Award winners at its Spring Parade of Homes celebration, Wednesday, May 1. The HBA hosted teams comprised of 25 industry professionals from across the Midwest who canvassed the Kansas City region April 25-26 to evaluate the contest entries. The Parade homes were judged on criteria that included quality of materials used, workmanship and overall construction of the home.

The Spring Parade of Homes runs April 27 through May 12 and features 403 unique homes built by 128 builders. Homes are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the metro with free admission. Parade guides are available at the HBA office, I-435 and Holmes Road, or at Parade homes. Homes can be searched by price, location, builder, floor plan or subdivision at kcparadeofhomes.com or on the mobile app.
