May 20 – Meet Independence Mayor, Eileen Weir

Independence Mayor Eileen Weir Will Visit with HBA members on Tuesday, May 20 at 11:30 a.m.

Mayor Eileen Weir, City of Independence, will have lunch and speak with the HBA’s Board at its monthly luncheon on Tuesday, May 20 at 11:30 a.m. at the HBA.  Jackson County builders and associate members are welcome to join the Mayor for this event but must make a reservation by contacting Andrew at andrew@kchba.org or 816-733-2224.  Mayor Weir represented District 4 on the Independence City Council prior to winning the election for Mayor on April 8, 2014.  This is a great opportunity to hear more about Mayor Weir’s vision for the City and her plans for housing.  Please emailbibarra@kchba.org with any questions or comments.
