PARADE OF PLAYHOUSES CONTEST WINNERS

Pick of the Parade, Future Builders: Independence School District for their happy camper. ISD’s construction program receives a $1,000 grant.

Pick of the Parade, Professional Builders: Gary Kerns Homebuilders for their entry. Winner of a $500 Nebraska Furniture Mart gift card.

Best in Craftsmanship, Future Builders: Excelsior Springs Area Career Center for their castle. Excelsior Springs ACC receives a $500 grant.

Best in Innovation, Future Builders: Independence School District. ISD will receive an additional $500 grant.

KCHBA SPRING MEMBERSHIP DRIVE REFERRAL WINNERS

1st Place: Brad Drees of Drees Built Homes. Winner of $500 towards Hommati digital services and the “booze basket.”
2nd Place: John Amos of Independence School District. Winner of $100 towards Hommati digital services.
3rd Place: Curtis Harris of Gordon Energy. Winner of $50 towards Hommati digital services.

KCHBA FOUNDATION 50/50 RAFFLE WINNER

Winner: Betsy Judd with Willis Custom Homes. Total raffle pot was $1,440, contributing $720 to the KCHBA Foundation Fund.
