4 KC Builders Make Pro Builders Rankings

Four Kansas City builders were featured on Professional Builder’s 2018 Housing Giants Rankings. The rankings are based on the total number of units closed in 2017 as well as housing and gross revenue. Prieb Homes and James Engle Custom Homes LLC, both stationed in Olathe, were ranked 178 and 196. Prieb Homes has been climbing through the rankings since 2016, and this year they closed on 282 units. James Engle has been consistently ranked since 2013, and in 2017 the company had 116 unit closings. In Lenexa, Rodrock Homes LLC claimed the 197 spot and Don Julian Builders/New Mark Homes came in at 211. In 2017, Rodrock closed a total of 96 units and Don Julian closed 100.
