U.S. Supreme Court Decision a Victory for Developers and Builders

The U.S. Supreme Court recently issued an opinion that affects the conditions which governments try to impose on developers and builders in order to get a permit. The case is Koontz v. St. James River Water Management District, and the HBA wants to share this account from NAHB.
