“Safety Dave” Named a Safety Champion of the Year by NAHB

KCHBA member Dave Redlin (AKA Safety Dave) has been named one of NAHB’s Safety Champions of the Year. Dave is the owner of Progressive Environmental & Safety in Overland Park, Kan. Progressive Environmental & Safety manages a company’s safety, DOT and environmental needs including on-site OSHA training, EPA compliance, site audits and more.

NAHB’s Safety Champion of the Year award is part of its Safety Award for Excellence (SAFE) and honors individuals and companies that have worked to achieve exemplary safety and health programs in the residential construction industry.

The winners will be honored during the “Builders Mutual Celebrates Safety” reception at the 2019 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas on Feb. 19.
