SAFE Award Deadline Soon
The NAHB/Builders Mutual Safety Award for Excellence (SAFE) acknowledges and honors individuals for developing and implementing high-quality, innovative worksite safety programs. If you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else for the 2017 NAHB/Builders Mutual Safety Award for Excellence, don’t miss your chance. The deadline to apply is Oct. 28.
The program is accepting applications in the following categories:
- Safety Professional of the Year
- Single-Family Builder Safety Program of the Year
- Specialty Trade Contractor Safety Program of the Year
- Remodeler Safety Program of the Year
- Light Commercial Contractor Safety Program of the Year
- Multifamily Safety Program of the Year
- Associate Member Safety Program of the Year
- NAHB-Affiliated Association Safety Program of the Year
- Federal and State Plan OSHA Official of the Year
- Innovative Safety Program/Idea of the Year
Award recipients will be recognized at a special reception during the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando.
As an exclusive, special thank you to their policy holders, Builders Mutual—the title sponsor of the SAFE awards program—will provide round-trip airfare and accommodations for award winners to attend the reception.
