Onsite Home Construction 101

The HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council will host “Onsite Home Construction 101” on June 12, from 10 am to 2 pm.  This is a great event for anyone who wants to develop a deeper understanding of how homes are built and ask questions of a top Kansas City builder.  Participants will tour two homes at different phases of construction within the same neighborhood.  The presentation will cover topics from permitting and other pre-building preparation to framing, electrical, plumbing and inspections.  Attendees will break for lunch, which is included in the $20 fee ($25 for nonmembers).  To register, contact Andrew McKeegan atandrew@kchba.org or visit www.kchba.org.
