The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA), the region’s leading advocate for homeownership, is excited to announce its lineup of three premier home tours for 2026:
The Spring and Fall Parade of Homes each feature more than 200 homes, offering free, open-to-the-public access to a wide range of price points—from approximately $250,000 to more than $1 million.
The Artisan Home Tour provides a more intimate experience, spotlighting the craftsmanship of KCHBA’s custom home builders. This ticketed event highlights some of Kansas City’s most exceptional custom homes, celebrated for their distinctive design and superior quality. Tickets for the Artisan Tour will go on sale this spring.
Across all three tours, prospective homebuyers can explore homes with little to no cost and no appointment necessary between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
