KCHBA President Justin Pfeifer, Pfeifer Homes, spoke with Ellen Cagle of the Kansas City Business Journal recently about how tariffs are affecting his company.
“I don’t know if worry would be the right word,” said Pfeifer, “It’s something we’re monitoring.” Pfeifer went on to say, “For prospective buyers who are nervous about tariffs, Pfeifer recommended looking at speculative builds. Houses already in progress or finished are less likely to see price volatility.”
