Hiring Event for Displaced Harley Workers
The Platte County Economic Development Council is hosting a hiring event on Saturday, July 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This event will specifically target Harley Davidson workers that will be effected by the first round of layoffs. It will take place in the auditorium of the Platte County Resource Center.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Stephanie Deppe at firstname.lastname@example.org. They need to ensure someone from your organization will be present from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on July 28.
Harley employee skill sets include: Assembly, Material Handling, Painting Process, Fabrication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Supply Chain.
