MEETING SPACE RENTAL
GATHER. CONNECT. BUILD.
Since its official dedication on February 22, 1979, the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City Housing Center has stood as a landmark for the local homebuilding industry. Strategically located at I-435 and Holmes, the facility has long served as a central hub for builders, developers and industry professionals throughout the region. After a full remodel in 2019, the Housing Center continues to reflect the growth, innovation and strength of Kansas City’s residential construction community.
