Leawood Blower Door Test Required, Sept. 1, 2015

A blower door test will be required for all new single family dwellings, duplexes and townhouses that are applied for on or after 9/1/15. This will impact those that have been using the Prescriptive method for Energy Code compliance. Those using the HERS method already have a blower door test included in the third party testing.
