Learn How to Comply with Final Joint Employer Rule
The Department of Labor (DOL) is offering a free webinar next week to provide compliance assistance with the final joint employer rule published on Jan. 12. The rule will give employers clarity and certainty about their responsibility to pay federal minimum wage and overtime for all hours worked in a workweek.
The webinar takes place on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 1:00 p.m. ET, and will cover:
- Provisions of the final rule so that employers comply with the changes and inform workers and their advocates of their rights.
- Specific changes that the final rule will make when it becomes effective on March 16.
