MEET JUSTIN

Justin grew up immersed in the world of homebuilding, with his father working as a builder. It was between the ages of 10 and 12 that Justin realized he wanted to do the same. He became captivated by the transformation of a simple piece of land and a stack of lumber into a family’s home. Today, Justin’s favorite part of the homebuilding process is working directly with the families he’s building for.

“We take a lot of pride in creating homes that truly fit our clients’ lifestyles. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that we’re building a place where they’ll create lasting memories for years to come.”

BUILDING HOUSES THAT FEEL LIKE HOME

When asked about his favorite memories at home, Justin shares a simple but meaningful tradition: “Sitting around, watching a movie and drinking hot chocolate a day or two before Christmas, right before the holiday chaos begins.” He feels incredibly fortunate to enjoy those moments with his own family and strives to create homes where other families can experience the same joy, comfort and connection.

If Justin had to sum up what homebuilding means to him in one word, it would be rewarding. It’s that sense of purpose, of giving families a place they’re proud to call home that fuels his passion.

Justin also values the lasting relationships that grow from each project. Many of his clients become friends, and he enjoys staying in touch after the keys are handed over. Running into past clients and catching up is one of his favorite parts about being a small business owner.

As a small business building just 10–12 homes a year, Justin and his team face challenges that larger companies can often avoid. Rising construction costs remain one of their biggest hurdles, and every dollar saved for the client makes a difference. Despite the challenges, Justin remains committed to quality, transparency and delivering a truly custom experience.
