Feb. 24 – Contractor Code Credit Education (8 hours): “The Base” Soils, Footings & Foundations
This course will help establish a base for understanding and inspecting the construction aspects concerning soils, footings and foundations. Through a review of industry basic standards and the IRC requirements for the construction with masonry and concrete, this course will provide a detailed examination of the use and application of standards governing these fundamental building blocks of residential construction (ACI and ASTM standards).

- Participants must be present the entire length of the class to earn credit; instructor will be virtual
- Classes offer credit for the following licenses: A, B, C
- Class code credit currently in approval process through Johnson County Contractor Licensing
