Single-Family Permits Continue Upward Trend, Except in KCMO
“Absent Kansas City, Mo., the KC metro area is up 117 percent year-to-date in total single-family permits compared to the same time last year,” said Will Ruder, executive vice president of the KCHBA. “Kansas City, Mo., is down 22 percent from the same time last year.”
