2025 Spring Parade of Homes Winners Announced

The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA) announces the award-winning homes in the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes. The Pick of the Parade and the Distinctive Plan & Design awards recognize the builders who showcase the best in craftsmanship and designs on the Spring Parade of Homes. Winners were honored during the Parade of Homes awards celebration on Wednesday, April 30.
