2020 Next Generation Builder Award: Dennis Shriver

Next Generation Builder Award

Established in 2013, the Next Generation Builder Award honors young leaders who are an involved, innovative and a reliable spokesperson for the homebuilding industry. Next Generation builders create a quality product and volunteer their time to advocate for the skilled trades. The 2020 Next Generation Builder is awarded to Dennis Shriver, president of Hearthside Homes of Kansas City.

Dennis has spent his entire career in the homebuilding and development industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is an active participant in KCHBA/KCMO staff meetings. He has been a member of the Developers Council and will be the 2021 Missouri North Council chairman. Dennis is consistently in the top 10 of builders listed in the Kansas City Business Journal’s residential construction list.
