The Kansas City HOME SHOW – Fall Edition returns to Bartle Hall, October 31 – November 2! Special Halloween night hours until 6 p.m.!

The HOME SHOW – Fall Edition is Kansas City’s premier remodeling event. As the exclusive fall home products event, the show attracts a qualified audience of buyers ready to make a move! If remodeling, interior design, home improvement, construction or landscaping is your business, you can’t afford to miss this event!

The new downtown Kansas City is open for business! The HOME SHOW – Fall Edition is right at home alongside the Power & Light District and other new urban attractions. If you haven’t participated in the show before, this is your year!

1. Fall Show is FREE for Consumers! Yes, for the first time in Kansas City a consumer show will be free to attend. We will be collecting canned goods for Harvesters in exchange for admission. Anticipate a big increase in attendance with the FREE admission!

2. Consumers Love to Touch and Compare! This is the reason shows work so well. You can’t touch products online and driving between retail showrooms isn’t an efficient use of consumer’s time. Don’t miss out on buyers ready to make the move.

6. NARI Neighborhood The perfect fit! The Kansas City NARI Chapter and Home Builders Association have once again joined forces to create the NARI Neighborhood at the show! This specially designed remodeling focused area is exclusively for NARI members – and you save 10% on exhibit space!

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE 2008 HOME SHOW - FALL EDITION

1.	View the Exhibit Space Application (Adobe PDF)
2.	View the Floor Plan (Adobe PDF)
3.	Use the floor plan to choose your three preferred booth choices and the booth pricing chart to determine your rate.
4.	If paying by credit card, use the secured online Exhibit Space Application to submit your information. If paying by check, send the completed and signed Exhibit Space Application with deposit to the HBA via mail.

>>	Standard exhibit space is 100 square feet (10’x10’)
>>	Standard exhibit space is $8.00 per square foot
>>	300 to 600 square feet receive a 10% discount
>>	More than 600 square feet receive a 20% discount
>>	HBA and KC NARI members receive an additional 10% discount
>>	Add $100 for each corner booth location

What you receive as an exhibitor…

>>	Standard booth draping for in-line booths (Show Colors are burgundy and white)
>>	Booth identification sign (7”x44”) – in-line only
>>	Four exhibitor badges per 100 square feet (20 maximum)
>>	Company listings in the official show program guide. Due to print deadlines, your application and deposit must be received by September 19th to be included.
>>	Inclusion of company’s listing on the official show Web site – www.kchomeshow.com
>>	Opportunity to purchase show program advertising space
>>	Comprehensive exhibitor kit for pre-show planning

What you will need as an exhibitor…

>>	All booths are required to have floor covering. Floor covering is of the exhibitor’s choosing and expense.
>>	Booth furnishings such as tables and chairs may be brought into the hall or may be rented from the show decorator Geo. E. Fern Company.
>>	Electric, phone and internet service is available at cost through Capital Electric. The hall does not have wireless internet capabilities.
