Tour homes are scattered throughout eight counties in Greater Kansas City. There are 212 homes in Kansas, 104 in Missouri North, 96 homes in Missouri South and 23 homes in the Urban Living section in and around Downtown Kansas City in both Kansas and Missouri.

Features:

• 435 brand new homes ranging from single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and lofts across the Kansas City metropolitan area.

• Homes are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. during this two-week event and admission to all homes on the tour is free.

• Free copies of the Parade of Homes Guide are available at each home on the parade and at the Home Builders Association office located at the northwest corner of Interstate 435 and Holmes on 103rd Street.

• Look for the burgunday and white directional arrows leading to each participating new-home community.

• Home prices range from under $100,000 to more than $2.6 million.
