THE HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF GREATER KANSAS CITY IS THE VOICE OF THE HOUSING INDUSTRY AND THE SOURCE FOR HOUSING INFORMATION. Comprising more than 1,300 member companies, the HBA represents an industry that contributes approximately $2.5 billion to the Kansas City economy and supports more than 36,000 jobs in the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area.

Membership is open to all companies and individuals involved in the housing industry. Below are some of the benefits of becoming an HBA member and becoming active in the housing industry. Annual membership dues are $515 for both builder and associate members.

Applications for HBA membership must be approved by the HBA Board of Directors. Applications for the Board of Directors' consideration must be received by the HBA prior to the third Monday of the month to be considered at that month's board meeting.
